Return Window
We accept return requests within 30 days of the delivery date. After 30 days, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.
How to Start a Return
Do not ship items back without contacting us first. Unauthorized returns may not be eligible for a refund.
To initiate a return, email us at [email protected] with your order number and a brief description of the reason for the return. We will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions and a shipping address.
Item Condition
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused and in the same condition as received
- In the original packaging
- Free from signs of use, damage caused by the customer, or missing components
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrived damaged or you received the wrong product, please email us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photographs of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. The time it takes for the funds to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.
Shipping Fees
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, item arrived damaged). Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where we made an error.
